Delivery Policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving your payment. Orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday or the next working day during public holidays.

Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options for UK customers:
• Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, Evri & DPD, and tracking information will be provided for all orders via email once your package has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges
• Standard Delivery: £2
• Free standard delivery is available on orders over £35.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all regions within the UK, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery within the courier’s timeframe.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at kristian@happyfungi.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
